The goal of this fund is to exploit the return advantage of corporate bonds over government bonds. Fluctuations in the prices of these bonds may be significantly higher than those for government bonds and investment-grade corporate bonds. To achieve this aim, the fund primarily invests in high-yield corporate bonds with ratings lower than BBB-. An average rating of at least B must be maintained. Investments may be made in financial instruments denominated in foreign currencies. If financially expedient and justifiable, they are hedged against exchange rate risks.
