US higher premarket after Wednesday's surge
Stock indexes in the United States rose in the premarket trade on Thursday after the Dow Jones jumped over 300 points at close on Wednesday. Reports on the initial jobless claims and economic growth in the fourth quarter will be released later in the day, followed by speeches by Fed officials and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen.
The Dow Jones improved by 0.38% at 4:27 am ET, the Nasdaq 100 grew by 0.23% at the same time, and the S&P 500 added 0.32%.
The euro traded 0.20% higher compared to the dollar at 4:28 am ET and sold for 1.08653.
