US up in premarket, Dow rises by more than 300 pts

Equities in the United States traded higher in the premarket on Thursday ahead of the release of the reports on the country's latest job cuts and initial jobless claims. Earlier, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said the upper house's talks about the government funding are progressing. Before that, President Joe Biden noted a decline in the price of wholesale gasoline in November.

The Dow Jones went up by 0.96% or 327 points at 4:27 am ET. At the same time, the Nasdaq 100 gained 0.61% or 97 points. The S&P 500 advanced by 0.70%.

The euro rose by 0.09% against the dollar at 4:27 am ET to go for $1.13212.
